Room Surround System

A 4:2 Surround Speaker System rested in my room now. Why 4:2???? normally we heard about PC speaker system is 2:1, 5:1 or 7:1, but i say a 4:2 one. 4:2 means 4 satellite and 2 Subwoofer, may be some of you may notice that this may be is the combination of two 2:1 Speaker system. CORRECT!!!! totally true. ^^; haha....

No lar, i am not wealthy and 无聊 enough to buy two speaker system for my myself. Last Vacation found a ALTEC LANSING 2:1 Speaker near the rubish bin at my floor. (Think may be some 4th year students don't want to load himself too much item when they are moving out). Although the Subwoofer looks kind of old, but still can produce a good sound, so i keep it. Initially wanted to give the speaker to a friends who still do not have a external speaker. But later I decided to keep the speaker for myself, coz i come out with a way to combine them together.

With some electrical engineering skills (actually only secondary Kemahiran Hidup skills is required), i manage to combine the two speaker, and now!!!! HAHAHAAHAHA....... don't play play with me. Can have concert in my room already. ^^;

Perfect Moment

City Harvest church

Going for Ushering Ministry of my church (CHC) last sunday. Actually not really sure am i making the right decision or not, already having so much commitment onto myself(FYP, final year modules, Friends, Cell group), no really sure if it is wise for me to load myself with one more commitment, wise time arrangement is really needed to balance myself of all these activities, which i am really bad with.

It is not at all convinient for me to start serving now, but just as Pastor Tan say: "if you are waiting for perfect moment to start something, you will never move". Everything need to start somewhere, may be the moment you most don't feel like starting some work, that will be the moment you need to start. Some of us may be waiting for this perfect moment, but pls don't wait coz this perfect moment will never come, trouble will always comes in and this perfect moment will be delayed and delayed, at the end we may acheive nothing. ^^;

The primary reason for choosing Ushering Ministry is my experience in ushering, being involved in Exxon Mobile Campus concert before, and really enjoy the work of ushering people. Indeed last sunday was a good experience, being able too meet a lot of nice people there, some of them are in the mist of their exam and still willing to serve, this show how much they love God and the church, inspired by their passion for God, and i was encouraged by them, i am sure i did make a wise decision.

By the way, Ushering Ministry did not required a great deal of time, i just need to be there 1.5 hrs earlier for a briefing, put on a smiling face and stand near the door to greet each and every person that is coming in, after all people are in, i still can enjoy worship and the service, and basically that is it. (easy job isn't it?). BUT, 1.5 hrs earlier means that i have to be at church 7.30am, and i need to wake up at 5.30am and depart before 6.30am, it is a record breaking for me. But i am sure i can make it, coz i am doing something meaningful.
