Walao... can feel it coming MAN.... as the launch out date for my model is coming nearer and nearer. The amount of work need to be done increases proportionally, worse still, it is all URGENT coz not much time left... from the experience of my colleague, who goes through HELL while launching out the final ROM, I know that mine will not be anything better.

This is part of the developement cycle, R&D is never meant to be easy, by the way, we ARE employed for moments like this. Look at my schedule, this kind of life will continue for 2 more months.. and it will get more and more exciting when time goes by..... GOSH...

好啦！可以OT够力够力啦！！开心啦！！YEAH!! (with deep BASE ^_^)

Lord, I pray for wisdom and the ability to stay alert even in the mist of tiredness. I know I will be very tired, but pray that I will have enough wisdom to tackle all problem that is coming along the way. Pls Pls NO DELAY, I don't want to drag the production. This year, I really wanted to launch out this model in a much better condition than last year.. Help me..

iPod new generation

Mmmm.... Got some more new "TOY" to play with these few days, The company has just bought a new series of iPod latest generation for product development..

Namely we just bought iPod shuffle, iPod Nano, iPod classic, and iPod touch (one more i-phone is on the way *^_^*), one each for evaluation and development of our iPod compatible product.. got to play with it Kekekeke.... =) ; Among all, I like iPod nano 3rd generation the most, can watch movie with that tiny little screen.. super super nice one...

Althought these "TOY"s might be the source of our nightmare in our product development later. (normally new model means new issue and more things need to be considered to improve the compatibility).. but we are still excited when we are playing with new "TOY"s.

I MIGHT do review on these product... Hahahaa....see of I still 'love' these product later. Suddenly thinking, I do have a job that is not bad mah... got to play with the latest IT product from time to time.

“家用”

Feeling pretty much like 穷光蛋 right now (see the pics). Yesterday gone to JB to Bank In "家用" for parents, since this is already the middle of the months, and since mother is going for a vacation to Hong Kong next week (wanting her to enjoy the trip as much as possible). So think might as well give 1 month in advance first; After Banking In the money, then I realise that I need to support sister for a "Nail Classes" that she had just signed up with, that is pretty much another 1 month of “家用”，So in total I have to give 2 months more, dig dig dig into my saving to supply for it, HOHOHO..... Later of the day I realise that my savings is FLAT... Sweat

Today's service heard that the new building fund is coming SOON.... Sweat even more ^_^;;;

Well I guess where your money is, that is where your love is lor.. I don't mind starting saving all over again... It is time to tighten the belt again =)

HTC Touch

Recently got one new "Toy" to play with, my company has just bought this palm top "HTC Touch" for our new product development..

So just thinking of writing some review about it.. I like this PDA phone, the touch screen is really nice and big, comes with a user friendly TouchFLO platform, operating it is just like operating an iPhone, can flip over pages, just that we cannot zoom in using 2 finger.

The device casing is very compact and slim, it is much slimmer than 02 Atom, not that bulky if you need to put into your pocket. The OS is Window Mobile 6 Professinal, comes together with Mobile Office, and PDF readers.. so you can freely edit your word, excel file and even read your PDF file. Operating it is just like operating a window.

Through Bluetooth connection with any hand free devices, we will be able use hand free functionality and stream music at the same time . Its Wi-Fi functionality will allow us to access internet in Macdonalds =).

The wether forecast and temperature sensor things is quite 骗人的, you still need to subscribe to GPRS to obtain the information, if not the information won't show. ^^;

Other functinality it offers are: 2.0 Megapixel camera, Micro SD card slot etc. The only draw back may be is it 200MHz processor, so you may need to be patient when operating complicated programmes.

Compared to other PDA Phone, HTC Touch is much much cheaper...its around 500 dollar if you sigh with a 2 year plan.. Its cheap, but the quality is still there, worth it.

Note: If you are a heavy SMS users, this PDA Phone is not really a good choice for you. Just like any other PDA Phone, keying in character is extremely difficult and time consuming using onboard keyboard or Letter recognition =)

Standard Chartered Half Marathon 2007

Okay la, 废气话说得够多啦！！it is time for something fun. =)

Not sure if I had made a mistake of signing up for Standard Chartered Half Marathon 2007, initially didn't think it is a big deal when my colleague gang up to join this event. 21km 则嘛!! sap4 sap4 水啦。。（没有酱 '泄' 啦）

We have a target, that is to finish the race in 3 hours. The training began last weekends, the first target is to run 4km in 30 minutes.. but even this first training is almost make me "he1 ge4 he1 ge4" already... leg pain for two days...

Next target, end of September 8km, end of October 12km, mid November 16km, early December RACE...... GOSH!!! IS THAT POSSIBLE???? Walao, seems like mission impossible for me... need tremendous FAITH in this leh...

Having fun even at the mist of training, it is hard, it is tiring, but it is fun, there is a purpose and more over it is healthy. =)

4 finger stick together

Making these "Trophy" for some of the SOT graduate tomorrow.. just doing the final touchup on it, thanks to Kristals, GekPeng, Gordon for their hardwork in preparing this... (quite nice yea you know??)

Using Super Glue to glue the wording onto the board, accidentally, super glue leak to my index finger and middle finger, sticking it together, quickly using the other hand to separate it... SIGH!! it end up that my fourfinger (right hand index, middle fingers; left hand thumb, index fingers) are all stick together really really hard..

Panic like hell, for once I think that it lar, have to spend the next several days with my left hand stuck to my right hand... "Congratulation, chanlee you done a good job man!!! " (don't laugh). Trying many possible ways to separate this mess, even thinking of using pen knife to cut it apart, risking hurting my self.

Finally decided submerge my hand in water first, then give my best try to pull it apart one by one, though is very painful, but it WORKS... I thank God really really hard for this, even pray in tongue to express my thankfulness =). Though the finger tips is still feeling funny due to the hardness of the superglue, but it is much better than spending the rest of the day with both hand connected together..

I learned one thing today: Think twice before playing with Super Glue..
